Like millions of people, I was completely addicted to sugar. I used to start the day with half a liter of Sara Lee Ultra Chocolate ice cream and didn’t stop eating sugar until I fell asleep.
That was two decades ago. I was obese, sick and depressed to the point of wanting to die. The hold sugar had on me felt like a prison I could not break free from.
All of that changed when I figured out how to end sugar addiction. It felt like the sweetest freedom of all and I knew there had to be a way to help others achieve this.
If you’ve tried diet-based or meal planning programs, like I did to deal with sugar addiction and it hasn’t stuck, there’s a reason why.
I spent over 10 years developing a methodology and program that works on the inner game of ending sugar and food addiction. It worked so well that I’ve since helped thousands of people including elite athletes, celebrities and CEO’s to return to eating real food so they can live their best life.
If you are struggling to give up sugar or even if you want to protect yourself from sugar’s impact, – whether a health professional, busy mom or career-driven person I’ve developed a program that can help you, find peace with food and sugar so you can achieve sweet freedom too.
