This is advice is not coming from a Type A personality who simply makes a decision and easily implements. For me, the Return to Food is a daily commitment to find that which nourishes, energizes and protects me from disease and to resist the Lethal Recipe which has the opposite effect even though it makes me feel good for 15minutes. For most of my life I’ve been the poster girl for instant gratification when it came to food choices and have made huge leaps in healing a deeply dysfunctional relationship with food.
