The answer depends on whether you are selling a pill, potion, program, book weight loss program or food system that promises magical weight loss. We now even have the companies that have been selling diets for decades telling us that they aren’t diets and have them marketed as health products. If you are still looking for the magic pill I can’t help you, as I gave up finding them in 1996 and when I did a funny thing happened, not only did I begin to lose weight but on the way I got a lot healthier than ever before. I also learned that when I focussed on my health, the weight loss was a by-product of a much bigger gain, so to speak.
One of the highlights of my calendar is teaching the Foodlovers Workshop Anti Diet seminar at the Peaceful Gardens Cooking School in Gippsland with a group of amazing souls who run a fabulous business that I am honoured to be associated with.
It’s this weekend and the girls tell me there are a few seats left so I’ve attached a flyer telling you more about it.
This Sunday I will be sharing with people what I have over the last 20 years studied, learned, practised, failed at (more times than I can remember) and finally how I have achieved peace around what I eat. The last two Anti Diet workshops have been described as ‘life changing, inspiring, well worth the drive, time and effort’. I truly hope to see you there!
You can check out their website www.peacefulgardens.com.au and their full program is available for download under classes. To book call;Tina Collins from the Peaceful Gardens cooking school land line: 5664 2480 or mobile: 0417116851
