On April 24th I am holding my first of a series of cooking classes open to the public (for the last few years I have only done this at my one day seminars, for corporate clients and outside Australia).
Classes promise to be a mix of food, wine, information, inspiration and sassy straight talk that challenges current beliefs in what is healthy food.
With my background is as a chef, nutritionist and a former out of control food
addict (who was once twice my present size) I want to share with people how they can;
